CalBank PLC has won four (4) prestigious awards at the media launch of the Ghana Customer Satisfaction Index Report & Recognition Ceremony organized by the CIMG on Friday September 27, 2024.
The awards include 5-Stars in Service Quality for Business Banking, 1st Runner Up in Service Quality for Consumer Banking, 5-Stars in Consumer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking and 1st Runner-Up in Service Quality for Consumer Banking. The awards which were presented to the bank by the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, (CIMG), was in recognition of the bank’s sterling performance in the recently held nationwide banking survey organized by the institute and captured in the recently published GH-CSI Report, 2023.
Laurinda, Head of Customer Experience at CalBank, who led the team at the ceremony, expressed immense gratitude to the bank’s customers, dedicating the awards to them. She said, “These awards are not just a reflection of our efforts but are a testament to the loyalty and trust of our customers. We owe this success to them.
